When ordering outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Vulke is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbours or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
Add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button. When you're ready to check out, click on the "Cart" button in the upper right then "Checkout" to view your shopping cart. Here you will have the option to update your cart, use a discount code, or enter a gift card code. Clicking the "Check Out" button will take you to the first step of the checkout process. You will be asked to log in or create a new account. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your credit card billing address (which will also be your shipping address), your preferred shipping method (for shipping information, click here), your credit card type, number and expiration date, or your Amazon/Paypal login credentials.
When you enter your credit card information and click "Place Order" on the final review page, you will be given an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We honor each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, which is determined by the destination address of your shipment. We are required to collect tax only within Florida.

Yes. The "Shopping Cart" page lists your order information and gives you a chance to make changes. To edit quantity of the item, select "Edit Your Cart" and adjust the number by clicking the plus or minus buttons. To remove the item all together, click the “Remove" button below the quantity section. If you do not click the "Place Order" button, your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged.
All of our discounts and sales exclude sale items and solid gold items unless stated otherwise. If there is a current promotion that requires a discount code, you can enter it at checkout, it will be reflected in the final price.

Vulke Jewelry accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please click the link below to submit your return form:

  • Please remember items must be in new condition, unworn. Items will be subject to inspection.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
  • All returns must accompany a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from the return application form The RMA# should be placed on the front of the shipping label, highlighted in yellow, for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. Packages without highlighted RMA#’s will be refused due to improper identification. 
  • After the refund is approved and the product received, your money should be back in the account within 4 business days.

*Vulke Jewelry will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if Vulke Jewelry were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.*

Our lifetime guarantee card entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damage.

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
